Groupon Deals: Important Information

Thank you for purchasing a Groupon moving deal! This page will guide you through the redemption process.

We offer two main types of moving deals on Groupon, each available with either two or three men:

1. Load and Transport Deal
2. Full Service Deal

Please note that all our moving deals are for two hours of service. Below, we will detail the differences between these options and explain how to redeem your specific deal.

Load and Transport: Pre-Packed Moving Service

For customers who have already packed, our Load and Transport service utilizes a team of two or three movers to efficiently load, transport, and unload your belongings. 

Service includes AT NO EXTRA COST:

• Professional Loading and Unloading: Efficient loading and unloading of all pre-packed items.
• Comprehensive Furniture Care: Wrapping and protection for large, unpackaged furniture (sofas, tables, dressers, bookcases, etc.).
• Furniture Assembly Support: Disassembly of large items (bed frames, tables, etc.) and reassembly at the new location. 

Full-Service Package: The Ultimate Stress-Free Moving Solution

This all-inclusive, hands-off package includes the Load and Transport deal, plus complete professional packing and unpacking at both locations.  

What's Included AT NO EXTRA COST:

• Premium Packing: Experts use high-quality materials to carefully pack all belongings, ensuring maximum protection.
• Detailed Inventory and Labeling: Every box is clearly labeled by content and origin room. A detailed inventory is available on request.
• Professional Loading and Secure Transport: Items are expertly loaded onto clean trucks, with all transportation logistics handled.
• Complete Unpacking and Placement: We unload, systematically unpack, place contents on flat surfaces, remove all packing materials, and place furniture in designated rooms, allowing immediate settling.

We handle everything from the first wrapped item to the final furniture placement, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and stress-free transition.

Groupon Move Booking Information

Your Groupon purchase covers the first two hours of our moving service. Please note that since all local moves are billed hourly, any time exceeding these initial two hours will be charged at our standard hourly rate. On average, a local residential move typically takes between 3 and 6 hours.    

Additional Charges and Minimums:

Per the Groupon fine print, all deals are subject to a mandatory Truck Fee. Our local moving services typically require a minimum number of service hours, with very few exceptions. Specifically, please be aware of the following minimums:

• Load and Transport Moves: 3-hour minimum
• Full Service Moves: 5-hour minimum

Please note that additional charges will be applied for travel time, stair technicalities, and the handling of oversized items, such as pianos.

How to Book Your Move:

To redeem your Groupon and schedule your move, you will need to provide the following:

• An inventory list
• The address you are moving from
• The address you are moving to
• Your Groupon redemption code
• A  deposit

Please either call and book over the phone with at 866-972-2824 or  go to our "request a quote" page, provide your contact information and move details, and ensure you note "Groupon" in the "How did you find us" along with your redemption code.  One of our dedicated booking relocation specialists will then contact you to schedule your move.
