Terms and Conditions of the Offer:
Moving
- Exclusions: Packing/unpacking (available for a fee) and taxes.
- Booking: Moves must be booked at least two days before move day or there is an additional $25 fee applied on the final invoice. We do not offer same day moves.
- Overtime: Standard hourly rates for a "load and transport" apply after three hours.
- Payment: Taxes are excluded from initial booking payments but are added to final bills on move day. Moves with under two days' notice incur a $25 fee. Full payment for any balance is required before the crew departs after finishing the move.
- Limitations: This offer may not be combined with any other discounts or special offers including the Groupon offer. Any duration surpassing the initial three hours will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
- Truck Size: Additional fees apply for larger trucks.
- Travel: Extra fees apply for distances exceeding 100 miles. Hours are billed from dispatch.
- Services Included at no Extra Cost: Furniture wrapping (blanket and shrink wrap)and disassembly and reassembly of furniture as bed frames and tables etc.
Cleaning
- Larger properties or specialized tasks, such as window cleaning or ceiling fan dusting, may require additional time and fees.
- Standard cleaning supplies are provided at no extra charge to ensure every corner is impeccably maintained.
